The most important thing to me is doing work for which a have a passion and feel that God has called me to do, which is Children’s Ministry. I know that I wanted to work with children, but I didn’t know in what fashion or direction. After talking to my Youth Pastor at my home church and talking to some of my professors, I was advised to combine a Major in Family and Child Development and a Minor in Youth Ministry. As I get closer to graduating, I can see my dreams and goals coming closer to reality. I have always had a heart for children and a heart for the Lord. After I graduate from Liberty University in December 2016, I can see myself working, volunteering and building relationships with pastors and leaders.  I will continue to volunteer at different churches here in Lynchburg and my home church to help build up my resume . The great relationships I have with them would help me complete my degree . All of my experiences working with children in the church or working with them at summer camp will help me keep my passion strong. Continuing my work for which I have a passion is also going to help me achieve my goal which is Children’s Ministry.
